Nadia Nasoetion was awarded a Bachelor Degree in Law by the University of Indonesia in 1998, and continued to earn an LL.M. Degree in Tax Law at the London School of Economics, in 2003. This followed her selection for a Chevening Award scholarship in 2002.
Nadia is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association, or PERADI, and also belongs to the Indonesian Legal Counsel Association, or Ikatan Penasehat Hukum Indonesia, IPHI. She is also a member in good standing of the Indonesian Chapter of the International Fiscal Association.
Her experience began with the legal aspects of real estate projects, including development, planning and land use. She has dealt with real estate finance, and has also supervised real estate sales and acquisitions.
She previously worked in a major Indonesian firm allied with an international legal firm in the U.S.A. Nadia is skilled in banking and finance work. This has included mergers and acquisitions, loan syndications, debt restructuring, acquisition finance, and project financing.
She has profound experience in corporate and debt restructuring work on major projects in Indonesia. She currently works in structuring financial and corporate activities for key Indonesian corporations and for multinational companies with operations in Indonesia.
